94 Greenwich

The landmarked 94 Greenwich is one of the few 18th Century buildings that remain in Manhattan. Constructed in 1798, it is one of three Federal-style townhouses in a row on the west side of Greenwich. Of the 3 buildings 94 Greenwich has most of its period detail intact including Flemish bond brickwork and original window lintels. In an 1859 renovation a 4th floor was added.
